Our Story

Wilding Adventures is the brain/lovechild of Luke Jones, an outdoor skills specialist, holistic wellbeing teacher, barefoot coach and personal trainer with over 20 years' experience of bringing people into nature and helping them to realise their strength and conditioning goals. As seen here, he can often be sighted riding through the countryside atop a direwolf.

Wilding Adventures' values are simple: personal growth, fun, adventurousness of spirit, and developing healthy associations with activities and exercise to help you to attain inner tranquillity! 

We will help you to push through your comfort zone in a safe and controlled way to achieve your goals. We offer bespoke packages of activities and skills-based outdoor training for individuals and groups.

We're all "growing" older, and we believe this is not an accidental term. The learning and growing never stops if you're living right! We're here to help you on this journey to find your wild side through our tailored experiences, led by our team of outdoor specialists, physical trainers, holistic teachers and coaches.
