Service Description

Join us in one of our outdoor dojo venues for intensive Muay Thai & kickboxing training in nature. Resist the urge to waste the weekend at the battle cruiser & instead spend it getting ripped & ready for the world! Our group training weekends are about challenging your fitness level, finding discipline in your mental approach & meeting new friends! Book online to join camp for the full weekend (including meals & camping), or send us a message if you would like to just join the training sessions for a discounted rate of £95. The weekend includes 2 x 2 hour class instruction/group training per day, followed by optional ice bath immersions. Morning training is 8-10am. Afternoon training is 3-5pm. Class breakdown: 30 mins warm up & fitness conditioning work 1 hour pad work, combos/drills, technique & footwork 30 mins light sparring/cool-down/recovery Optional ice bath immersion following training session. After and between training sessions you can chill with the group, explore the local area or simply enjoy your time in the surrounding natural beauty. In the evening we will share a communal BBQ meal over a campfire. You are welcome to bring your own food & beverages but please bear in mind this is a fitness camp with 4 hours intensive training the next day, starting at 8am! Things to note: Sparring is light and optional. Please bring your own gum shields/boxes if you wish to spar. Martial arts is not about ego & there is no space for egos on our camps. Our camps are fun, friendly, & accessible for all experience levels. If you have any questions, please get in touch! What’s included: Training sessions include: strike pads, focus mitts, and group gloves available if you have none (we advise to bring your own gloves as it’s 4 hours training per day, and you will get sweaty!) Outside training equipment: battle ropes, tires, weights, TRX, etc. The all inclusive weekend option includes: Everything above, including 2 large nutritious & healthy high energy meals per day. Evening meal is group BBQ around campfire. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements. What you need to bring: Own suitable training gear - changes of clothes, hand wraps, etc. We highly advise you to bring your own: - Personal Boxing Gloves - Foot & shin guards - Mouth guard or gum shield if sparring - Groin guard or box if sparring.
