Wild wellness day


Guided hike, breathwork, campfire and (optional) ice bath immersion

Service Description

We will start with a short introduction into breathwork followed by a beautiful guided local trek in the South Downs National Park (easy to moderate difficulty level) around Ditchling Beacon, Hassocks area, finishing at the Blackberry Woods campsite, tucked away in the woods near Streat. Here we will do some light post-exercise stretching to loosen our muscles followed by an optional ice bath, before warming up around the fire with a warm beverage. All nutritious and delicious meals for the day are provided. We will camp overnight, with the opportunity to learn to whittle and build your own campfire. We will cook a pre-prepared BBQ meal together as a group. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements. Schedule: 6:00am - Pick up from Brighton station or agreed arrival point. Check kit/gear/food, etc. 6:30am - Drive to location & review day plan. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and light breakfast 7:30am - Guided breathwork session 8:00am - Start hike 12:00pm - Break for nutritious & delicious pre-packed lunch 12:30pm - Continue hike 2:30pm - 3:00pm - Reach campsite, stretching & (optional) ice bath. 3:30pm - Sharing circle and reflections from the day, warming up around the campfire with tea or hot chocolate & healthy protein snack 5:00pm - Drop off to Brighton station or agreed drop off point. What’s included: - Breakfast, lunch & healthy snacks All equipment, tent & campsite facilities included (toilets & warm showers). Tents will be pitched for your arrival. What you need to bring: - Walking boots or something you are comfortable walking in - Walking poles if desired - Small backpack & water bottle - Weatherproof clothing - Swimming gear & towel - A smile & an open heart!
