Service Description

Day pass: £60 (6am-5.30pm activities) Weekend pass: £175 (2 nights camping, all activities and BBQ dinner) All-inclusive weekend pass: £235 (2 nights camping, all activities and meals - 2x breakfasts, 1x lunch, 1x dinner) We will start around the campfire, with morning tea/coffee, nutritious breakfast, and setting our intentions for the day/weekend. We start with a 1 hour yoga flow and short introduction to breathwork, followed by a beautiful guided local trek in the South Downs National Park (easy to moderate difficulty level) around Ditchling. There will be opportunities for wild swimming. The walk finishes back at Blackberry Woods campsite, nestled in the woods near Streat. Here we will do some light stretching to loosen our muscles followed by free time to relax. Weekenders will camp overnight, convening in the evening to build your own campfire and cooking a BBQ together as a group. NOTE: Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements. You are welcome to bring your own food/snacks, but please be aware it is camping. Blackberry woods is a quiet campsite, please respect all site rules. Itinerary: Friday: Arrive at campsite, pitch up-with help provided, meet everyone and enjoy your evening under the stars. Day One: 6:30am - Optional local station pick up for day pass 7:00am - Enjoy a morning tea/coffee around campfire with light nutritious breakfast followed by intention setting & reviewing day plan 8:15am - 1 hour yoga flow followed by short break, and an introductory 20 minute breathwork session to prepare your mind and body for the day 10:00am - Start guided trek in the South Downs National Park to beautiful local wild swimming spot 12:30pm - Break for lunch and continue hike 3:00-6:30pm - Return to campsite, with free time to shower, relax, read, journal, socialise or meditate in the woods to the sounds of nature. 6:30pm - Learn how to build your own fire & cook your evening meal over it 7:30pm - Eat, drink & be merry! 9-10pm - Personal time before bed for reflection. Day Two: 7:30-9am- Morning tea/coffee with a delicious nutritious breakfast around campfire with new friends. 9am–9.30am Guided meditation. 9.30-10am Sharing circle with the group before we close. Optional extras: £25 for a 2-man pre-pitched tent for the weekend £10pp pick up from Hassocks station What you need to bring: walking boots, backpack, yoga mat, water bottle, warm & weatherproof clothing, towel, swimming gear, journal.
